Broken wing

I live in an apartment complex with ponds, we have a lot of ducks, mallards and ugly ducks... One mallard has a broken wing, it's been broken for a few months, will be survive? I feed the ducks and the other ducks chase him away from my bird seed, they treat him like the lame duck, I make sure he gets fed, I want him to stay strong, but was curious if the wing would mend?

Is it dragging on the ground? Injured birds are going to be the first to be taken by a predator, is there a wildlife rehabber you could contact?

It's not dragging, but looks kinda like it is losing feathers, so they fall off and regrow? I'll try to get a pic

If a wild Mallard you can call DNR and they will most likely put you in touch with a rehabbers

Looks like he was attacked to me, angel wing is caused by feeding ducks an incorrect diet.
