Brooder cover?

My chicks are 2 weeks old now and are starting to try to fly out of their corral. I put up a bigger, taller corral today but I can see that it's only going to hold them for another day or two. What does everyone cover their corrals with? I used wire cloth for the last corral but this new one is too big for the piece that I've got.

You could try some deer netting. It's very flimsy and won't keep anything from coming in, but it should prevent your chicks from flying out.

There's some tougher poultry netting most Home Depots or Lowes offer, too. I know some BYC'ers have had luck just using colored twine stretched out every few inches along the top. The twine is usually just enough to keep them from flying through.
