Brooder for 25?

[first time farmer]

I am getting 25 chickens soon and i need a bigger brooder. Last spring i got 8 chicks and kept them in a rubber made thing. What are some good options for a brooder. If need be i can convert my coop to a brooder (im going to turn the remaning(sp) hens into stew as they are almost 3) for a while or i can build a new brooder.

We used a kiddy pool and it worked great. Eventually we had to put a cardboard ring inside though to make the sides higher.
