Brooder Maintenance

Hello

Please help me with brooder maintenance. I have the cage, feeder, waterer, light, roost, some objects to play with and sandbox. Any other tips?

Oh and the bedding; we'll be using pine wood shavings(thanks!) but how and when do I clean it regularly?

Just clean it when you think it is dirty, this may be a week, or a month. It is up to you really.
