Brooder temp for chicks is steady at 90-95

I live in Arizona. I have 13 chicks, 2.5 week old coturnix are in my garage. I’ve taken out the heating plate as without it due to the hot weather the brooder temp is at lowest 85 at night and 90-95 by day. Is this ok! If they need to learn lower temps I’d need to bring them inside the house. They’re doing great btw!

They need to learn their environment. I would leave them outside.
