Brooder waterer for small chicks.

I just put eggs on lockdown so we're getting ready for chicks. I bought a nipple waterer and placed inside. Will the chicks know how to use the nipples.

Well u might have to show them but I wouldn't use that for the first couple of days until they are a little more flighty and jumping around

I used to hatch using a broody hen, and from day 1 they used a nipple waterer without problems. If you just tap the nipple, they will see water coming out and get the idea pretty quickly.
