Broodies Galore!!!

Out of 20 layers, I now have 4 broodies and 2 more that look like they are on their way.
WHAT DO I DO??
I keep taking them off the nests, but they get back on after I leave.
Egg production is now down to less than a dozen a day!
HELP!

Buff Orpingtons are chronic setters at least mine are .

I've read putting a cold water bottle under them can help break their broodiness. Or you could try taking them outside and blocking off the nest boxes.
