I have a really important question. This is my first time to have a chicken hatch their own egg and I’m worried that the coop the baby and her in that the ramp up and down is steep and baby will fall and die the man hen has some problems with it to but I have a nesting house next to it should I put them in it easier in and out for baby and her

My silkie hen has hatched 3 babies and they are all doing well

I had a Broodie frizzle started sitting in June and with a little over a week to go before hatching I noticed she wasn’t sitting on them a lot so I decided to take and put them in my incubator and all 4 have hatched this last one hatched yesterday. First one hatched on Monday and I ran and got some other to teach them and they are all doing good here’s a pic of my hatched
