I have started a chicken farm. i'm selling 8 week old red cornish hens. my question to you is I am growing so fast i need to have about 300 chicks a month ready to be sold. I have pens already just need to work on my brooder now any example on how I can make my brooder for 300 chicks pictures would be great thanks.

I would use a barn stall or chicken barn pen. It's going to have to be large, or you could sub-divide your group into manageable clusters of 50 or so.

When I was a kid, my folks would bring home 250 day old chicks every spring. I brooded them right on the coop floor. The entire coop was the brooder. I'd say that old coop was 12x16. We use a couple of "hoods" and kept the chicks from smothering each other. This kept them spread out. You don't need to hunt down an old poultry brooder hood, but you are going to need a half dozen lamps assembles.

Within a few weeks, they need a lot of outside time, where they can pick on the grass instead of picking on each other.
