I haven't posted for a while. Things have been going great with the ducks! Now I have a question! Help!
My husband had been doing morning duck duty and collecting eggs. He was sick last week and I neglected to collect the eggs inside their "little house"! Now there are a bunch of them there in a beautiful nest and I have 2 of my girls laying on them and obviously broody and grumpy!
It's August in maine! Yikes! Is it ok to let them hatch? We do have a male, so it's very likely we'll have babies.
If they hatch, do I separate the male? If so, for how long?
