Brooding Hens What To Do?

I know there are lots of posts on this subject but what I am trying to figure out is how should I handle the hens. I have 7 Buff Os. There is one or now two brooding all the time. I kick them off the nest to collect the eggs. All winter I would get the hen off the nest and put her on the roost with the rest of the birds for the night (to keep warm). That gets old quickly. Should I just let them stay on the nest, taking the eggs, until they stop brooding?

You need to build a broody coop - plain wire floored box with no where for her to nest.
It will take 2-3 days to cure her.

So just isolate the bird for three days?

Isolate her in a place where she is uncomfortable and cant sit.
