what makes hens brood?
what do you do when they do that?

I think of it like an alarm clock , you hear women saying the clock is ticking for having a baby?

Its kind of like that the only think you can do is give them eggs or chicks or
lock them up in a crate with a roost in it no nest boxes or they will sit on nothing at all.

Mostly I just let nature take its course and I let them do their thing.
