Brooding Large Amounts Of Chicks

the apt with heat lamps that would work but what are you going to do after they are 4 weeks? they will be big for that I would think, and it will still be to cold here for them to go out yet, do you have a garage for the middle time?

2-150 heat lamps for each unit. I wasnt counting on the apartment doing it. I've done this for 22 years, 16 batches of chicks later, but just not this many at once, I do have some clue as far as thier needs go.

4ft x 6ft wide wouldn't be enough for 25 chicks for 6 weeks?, I've seen some house that many adults in an area that big. I'm only keeping them until fully feathered. And they can stay in the big 2 bedroom apt for as long as needed until they are fully feathered
