I just purchased 2 week old chicks. I'm concerned about the power going out due to big storm. How do I keep them warm if power goes out?

I've lost power during the hatching process of eggs and managed to keep things warm. Two week old chicks are not as vunerable as you might think in a power-loss situation. By two weeks old, they can be at lower temperatures than the ideal (85-90 degrees) and will be fine. If you have a fireplace, you could put them in a box near it to keep the temperatures up. If you're totally desperate (as I have been in the past) you could put them in the car with the heater cranked up. I would always use a thermometer to monitor the temperatures though, you don't want to over-heat them either.
If neither of those is an option, the human body gives off heat and you could keep a few of them close to your body (although not very many!).

While it's great to plan ahead in case of emergency, try not to worry too much. They're tough little buggers, small though they are.
Good luck and have fun with your new babies!!

I had this happen last weekend. I just brought them into the room where I have a propane wall heater. I hope you have a non-electric heat source in your house for your sake too!

Thank you to those that responded. I do have a wood stove and have a box ready to place them in if there is a power outage. Thanks again.
