Wow! I've had three hens go broody on me. First a Welsummer, then a Columbian Wyandotte and now a Lt. Brahma. I got the Wellie some eggs and she sat for about 5 days before getting up and clucking to invisible chicks. I caved again and gave my Columbian Wyandotte eggs. We're on day #10. Only 11 more to go!!!
I see that she is facing a different direction every day so that is promising. Today one of my Brahma's have been sitting in a nest. When it rains it pours I guess.
