Broody and chicks won’t leave the nest box

Oops sorry! Meant for a different thread! :) congrats on the new babies though...and if you want to know the genders spread their wings and take a pic and I'll let you know (or someone a little more experienced)

Wing feather sexing only works on certain breeds and then ONLY if the breeder has continued to breed for that trait.

I thought that I read sometime on here that the chipmunk color pattern on an Easter Egger chick indicated a pullet. I hope so.
 
I think that if all the eggshells are gone she should take them to the water and food but i’m not sure🤔

Very cute chicks though! Maybe try moving them to the water and she will follow to protect them?

just make sure the water isn’t too deep! I made a horrible mistake and filled a stainless steal bowl full of water...I lost three of the four!

I’m sorry for your loss! I had read something warning of that and use a chick waterer.
