If she's drinking enough water that you can do it I'd just go ahead and worm her.

1. You won't have to worry about a withdrawl period.
2.The eggs are under her not in so no worries about the chicks.
3.Since she's not eating as much while on the nest it's even more important that nothing is stealing nutrients from her.
4.The chicks won't be exposed immediately after hatching.

Is there something that I'm missing that would make it a bad idea? I hate worms! I've had a couple of my fuzzy 4-legged fosters come really close to dying because of the nasty little parasites.

Oh it was a "hummmmmm....." of anticipation.

Day 13...

8 days to go!

She's doing great. She still refuses to leave the nest. I have to physically move her once a day and she hates it.
