Broody bantam pullet and eggs-Pipping anytime soon???

Our Bantam Cochin pullet is sitting on some Red Star/RIR eggs, and when I candled, they have both pipped the air cell!

But that was 3 days ago, and today I can still see them moving around and their beak moving around in the air cell, but no shell pips.

Is this normal?
