Hi my 8 month old pullet, Dory (also known as bluebell) is gone broody, I don't want chicks this year but probably next year, is there I higher chance she'll go broody next year? It's unusual because she's a hybrid and the breeder said they don't go broody!

It's not unusual. Any girl can go broody.
Whether or not she does again next year is unknown.
I've had many hens go broody just once, I broke them and they never went broody again.
I have three that go broody constantly.
Do you already have your broody breaker set up for her?

I don't really know how to break her. I'm going to put her in a box with a little water on the bottom
