I am pretty sure my silkie is broody. She is staying in the nest box, otherwise looks normal, will eat and drink if I bring her out of the nest box. If I put her in a broody breaker, do I bring it inside or can I leave it in the garage with no heat? Temp will be in the teens at night here.

Is the garage temp similar to the coop? I would think colder temps would be better to get her broody body temp down. Or if it's colder you could put a blanket or sheet over it to keep her own body heat in,

Best place to leave it is in the coop.
