Broody broke an egg. Wash the others?

I realize that, but I did wash the eggs and they hatched. I don't usually wash the eggs unless they are dirty and these eggs were from some birds I really wanted chicks from, selective breeding.

Ive had a hen do this 2 times. I rubbed off what I could. Nothing hatched. I told myself next time- I'd wash them.
