Broody calico bantam Cochin thread!

I’m on day 18! Hoping to get at least one to hatch on Mother’s Day!

I mis-counted the days...she went broody and unbroody several times before she committed, so we were a couple days behind. We now have an external pip, so hopefully we'll have at least one baby by morning!

Mother's Day babies!!! All three are hatched!!!

Here are the first two--#3 just hatched, so I don't have a picture yet.

The light chick is buff rock/white silkie; the dark chick is calico cochin/gold sebright. The third is black cochin/not sure yet.

None of Mine hatched today, that I know of? Last time I checked was around 5. It’s now 9:30, I going to go check!.

Oh I'm quite sure you're right!! Thankfully, he's bantam sized!

Here's baby #3--looks to be pure bantam cochin. Dad was most likely our little red guy.

It’s hatch day! So far 5 have hatched! There are 2 more eggs to go!

I just went out and checked again and the last 2 eggs have pipped!
