Broody chicken hatching duck eggs?

I am worried about one of the ducklings though, it doesn't really like walking around much. It just lays down and when mommy moves too far away it will get up, walk a little farther and lay back down. It doesn't seem confident in its steps and stumbles around a bit. It's also the runt of the brood. I was also wondering if you could sex the ducklings by the pictures.

Does any one know how to sex the ducklings while they are little? Besides vent sexing. Can you tell by the bill color?
