Blue egg? Who layed cookie and cream or sultan?

Either my sultan or Lisa Steele cookie and cream is laying blue eggs. I dont know which one? Any ideas?

Neither should be, how have you become so certain that it is one of those two birds? Separate and confine both for a few days and you should see them each produce eggs in their confinement which would help you then know what they are laying

I got 4 new chicks this summer. All just started laying. Creme legbar is laying olive, olive egger laying dark olive, then I have one small white egg and one small blue egg left. Either sultan or Lisa Steele cookie and cream is the blue layer.

Pics of both the olive and dark olive?
Are they a consistent size and shape?

The brown coat on tinted/brown and green eggs can vary. Sometimes they'll add more one day, less another.

I don't think it's impossible the CCL is laying green, but shouldn't have the genes for dark green "olive"

Have you actually seen two olive eggs in one day? My guess is that the blue egg your found is from your CCL and your Olive Egger is the only one laying green but bloom will make them look slightly different.
