Broody chicken, Pheasant eggs

I just put 7 pheasant eggs under my broody! yay!!

My concerns are:
She is nesting in a raised nesting box.. so should I move her? I don't want to chicks to fall out.
If I move her will she stay broody?
She is low on the PO but not the lowest, so will the other hens peck at the babies? - the hens haven't bothered her while on the nest
And will there be a time that my hen will decide she doesn't want to be a mommy any more so she'll push the babies away? I don't want the babies to run off...
The hen is a black australorp.

Any thoughts?? This is my first time with a broody!

Bantams make excellent broodies but make sure they are in a tight pen with no holes at all.The little buggers will find the smallest hole and will be gone.

My ringnecks hatch at 23 days. Lady amhearsts & goldens also 23 days. If I remember correctly from when I had them, silvers took a little longer.

just for interesting Tony what do you ask for the chicks if you sell it
In the fall impeyans go for 150.00 around here.I can easily sex them by then also. Not having a good impeyan hatch this year.I've gotten 15 eggs from 2 pairs and not 1 chick yet.I still have 8 in the bator so hopefully things will turn around.
