Years ago I used bantams to hatch pheasant eggs and it worked out well. It is a lot more work than incubators because you have to maintain the broody hens with a clean environment, fresh feed and water daily, etc. Otherwise you could end up with disease problems in the young pheasants... Hatch percentage with natural incubation can be higher than incubator and some think certain types of game birds hatched under bantams grow a little better. It looks like Cock-L-Doodle Garoo has a fine set up for it!
