Is there a way to get them to go broody or do you just have to wait?
I didnt know if this is the right forum to post this?

Choins are very broody if you have a hen i have noticed that hens and roos do look similar. if you want them to get brood do not collect the eggs and then she will normally start sitting on them if there is enough eggs in the nest 8-12 eggs normally and if there fertile they wont if they are malting or if the season is not correct or to cold. The hen decides not you!!!!!!

Cochins are frequent brooders, so it may not be the right time for them to do so. Mine certainly aren't brooding in 50F degree weather.

You can prep a nest with some of their eggs and see if someone decides to brood it.
