Yesterday I went out to the coop to check on my broody and her 3 week old chick. We have a brooder pen cornered off in the main run for mama's and baby's. So I notice my broody is panting and gurgling. I also heard her cough and sneeze, and noticed her comb and wattles are a bit pale.. I'm thinking I need to start her on some duramycin, but am wondering if it's ok to give to her chick as well? I don't want to separate them yet. Thanks everyone.
