I have a broody hen - yea! i was taking eggs out from under her for about a week and a half.. much to her dismay... I finally left her a couple and for the last week, I have only seen her off the eggs once... My question is two part... one.. she is currently in the coop with everyone else, and using the nest box that everyone else wants. I saw one of my other hens pecking at her. I guess letting her know that she is hogging the box. Do i need to move her out of the coop? or will the others adjust?
The other question is and i think i know this, but once the babies hatch, they need to be moved anyway, right?
