It's SO hard, I do want to keep them all except for the two that have gotten mean to the others, my two oldest Chonkers boys are wearing out their welcome, I have them separated from the other chicks not because they are pulling feathers and now starting to want to mount the other chicks, and I have bantams in there. I can't risk injuring anyone, so they are earning their way to freezer camp. But, I still feel bad for them, they can't help their crazy hormones.

It probably is those broody silkie genes you can find them between the "piles of cute fluff" genes, and the "will bite you for treats" gene.

I need help getting my chicken math under control, maybe I could sneak a few in your coop?
