Hi duck folk,

The duck is broody, she doesn’t have much cover and we’re expecting rain. It could be just a light drizzle or a gulley washer, we never really know during monsoon season.
Anyone have thoughts on not freaking her out and adding some cover?

She’s between the door and the wall so there’s nothing directly over the top of where she’s sitting. She’s firmly in broody mode and I’d rather not move her. I don’t want her soaked to the bones and getting sick, but it’s not cold here. Overnight lows are in the 80s

Thanks for any suggestions

Is it possible to put a tarp over her?

Got any leftover metal roofing? etc something rigged that won't blow off or catch the rain and possibly fall onto her.
I hope she stays the duration. My Runners couldn't sit still long enough to brood I don't think. Which is okay by me I have Muscovy! lol
