I just noticed my goose is broody but I don't have a gander and I was wondering if she would accept a duckling from the feed store if I put it under her to break her broodiness? The only problem is where I live it gets down below freezing at night so, would I have to bring the duckling in the garage at night?

Probably not they have to be broody for close to end before they would accept a gosling or ducklings You could do what I'm doing I am giving mine fake eggs and letting it run it's course mainly because I have tried breaking and it hasn't worked here. What about getting a couple goslings and in about 3 weeks giving that to your goose you can brood it inside for that length of time
