broody hatched one chick...now what?

I have the hen and chick in a crate inthe basement. I am getting another chick tomorrow so that this chick has company. Do I offer the chick food or water today. She hatched somewhere between 10am and 4pm today...she was already dry at 5 when I found her.
I don't want her to dehydrate! They are in one of those stackable bin things right now so she cannot get out on her own to access the water and food I have set out.

I had the same thing happen to me except she hatched one successfully while the other was pipping I left her alone for a while went to check on her later the already hatched chick was their but the one that was pipping disappeared don't know what happened I searched that coop upside down and inside out not to sure what happened
