Broody help

OK, my EE that looks alot like a BO has been on lock down for 2 days. Not eating much but did lay an egg today. She is eating. We dipped her in icy water and confined her in a cage off the ground with food and water. She still makes a CUK, Cuk noise and puffs slightly. Is she ok to let out now?

You could try it and see. Some hens are more determined than others.

Well, she seems to be over her fussiness. No hanging around in the nest. No puffing out. Still makes funny clicking noise and her tail quivers. But she is laying and eating. I think she is ok.
