Broody help

I have B R hen who has been staying in the nest boxes
and doesn't come out I assume she has gone broody
Although she is not always on eggs. I have been finding
dried egg on my eggs and today I caught her eating a
egg. If I put her in a broody pen to break her will she stop
eating my eggs when she comes out? Is this common for
a broody hen?

If she has no contact with eggs she may stop eating them, but that's not a sure way to stop her.

She now has no contact to eggs unless she decides
to lay one
