Broody Hen’s eggs not hatching! Help!

It would probably be easier just to take one of the older chicks and put it inside with her. The older chicks mom will most likely not accept a new, younger baby right now, and will be taking the old ones out and around which the little May not be ready to do. I mixed my chicks (3 weeks apart) with no issues, but keep an eye out if you do that just in case you get a bully.
I took a chick from the mother and now she’s cheeping really loudly for her mother. This isn’t working

Are there any other eggs almost at hatching point? Can you candle them, and do you have an incubator?

I mean, you could try to see if the momma will take the new one, some overly motherly chicks will do that but it isn’t a guarantee for sure.

I tried to give her the baby and she didn’t take it. We candled the eggs and they seemed very close to hatching. I hope they do. 🤞

What should I do about the lone chic? I gave her a mirror.
If you can find another chick roughly the same age, get it a friend. If not, maybe one of your older chicks can be moved in with it as a companion. A few years ago I put a 5 week old in with an orphaned 2 week old, and they became inseparable.
