Broody hen and mucky nest box

Ive got a broody chicken which after years of keeping chickens is a first for me. My question is her at night a couple of other chickens roost on her box and its mucky, I try and keep it clean but today Ive cleaned it more and I have bugs and all sorts in it due to her never leaving it.

She has been sitting on the eggs for a coupld of weeks, how do I clean it without peeing her off. Can I take her out, with the eggs clean it and put her back, or do I just leave her till they hatch.

I personally will advice to leave like she is, until the eggs hatched, I experience some hen's don't like to be disturb, had some rotten eggs due to disturbance, and experience another hen that left her nest after disturbance, Since then I rather let them be and where they want to be,
