broody hen...chucked two eggs out nest, what to do?

hey guys, we have a broody hen sitting on 4 bantam orpington eggs. It was hit and miss as to whether they were fertile or not so we just hoped for the best. Just gone onto the nest box and mama is sitting on two of the eggs but two are pushed out to one side and are now cold. Its day 14, would she know if the eggs were no good and so ignore them?
Im assuming we just leave her with two and chuck the cold ones?

Put them back under her 1 more time. Mark them first. If she again rejects them, it was no mistake - she knows something you don't. Get rid of them.
