Niss,
I did give her a clutch, after she was sitting on her own eggs for 10 days. This first was a trader Joes experiment that did not work. I have
read in many places that it does work, just not for me. After she set on that bunch for 12-14 days I ordered 12 eggs from the internet.
They came wrapped in bubble wrap and foam all fine and good. I let them rest for 12 hours and then in the night I removed the trader joes eggs
and slid these new ones in. She was at around 20 days at that point. So then she set this last batch for another 22 -23 days. By my
calendar she should have hatched the eggs on Wednesday July 6, she did not hatch until July 8, 2011.
So in a long and round about way Yes I gave her 2 separate clutches and she did just fine. I would not have ever tried a third, it is way to
hot here now.
Momma and baby are doing so well Im pleased that they have each other.
