My Calico Princess was broody and has sat her nest with one week to hatch until today. I noticed her leaning her head back and making a fast circling motion with it beak up. Now she has gone back in the coop sitting outside the nesting boxes not in her nest. Before being broody she did perch on the roost bars. Here is her current position

Is she sitting on eggs? IF she's broody & not incubating, you should break her (Broody Jail) or give here some eggs to hatch. A video of her "circling motion" with head would help. Post on YouTube then here. She looks fine,

She was sitting on eggs until today and she had not been eating now she can’t even make it into the nest. I will try to post the video she isn’t really swiveling in the video but she is pulling her head in to her body beak to the skyPossibly beginning wry neck

Look her over for lice/mites while you're at it.

Is her crop emptying?

Go to Walmart, CVS, etc. and get a bottle of 400IU Vitamin E and a bottle of B-Complex.

Give her one 400IU Vitamin E soft gel daily along with a 1/4 tablet B-Complex. A bit of scrambled egg will help with the uptake of E. See that she's eating her normal feed (layer or chick starter).
Work on hydration too, if she's not been eating/drinking then she's dehydrated.

What do you normally feed?

I feed egg maximizer pellets the feed store brand and I have been throwing out a handful of kitten kibble, black army worms and a little scratch. Clean water daily with a energy booster mix that was recommended by the feed store. Up until yesterday she wasn’t coming out of the nesting box hardly any. I also have crushed granite and oyster shell in a separate bowl that they can have when they want. I have looked all over the coop for mites and lice. I have to pick the hens up at night and they still aren’t cooperating the farm I got them from let them completely free range roosting in a roof only barn at night. So I’m not able to get a really good look at her. And honestly they are starting to make me discouraged. My first flock and first I have a soft or no egg layer, broody, wry neck and this evening some poopy fluff butts. Atleast my chicks all seem happy and healthy.

In your photos and in the video shorts, this hen is not roosting, she's on the floor unable to roost so you should be able to reach her just fine.

Pick her up and examine her for lice/mites. Check her over really well.
See that she's getting fluids, electrolytes would be good. Get the vitamins as suggested into her too.
Once she's had fluids, get some wet feed into her and see how it goes.

She came out of the house this morning I gave her scrambled egg with vitamin e and a b complex beyond up and sprinkled over the egg. She ate some and is still hanging out with the others scratching the ground and dust bathing. Occasionally she is pulling her he’d in and looking to the sky but with out the side to side motion of yesterday. She is eating and drinking with the others how often should I repeat the vitamins?

Ground up not beyond up

For the vitamins I would direct dose her instead of mixing them with food.
Get a hold of her wattles, pull down, pop the pill in and let her swallow. This ensures she's getting them.

Check her out good to see that her crop is emptying overnight and she has no lice/mites.
