Broody hen getting attacked

I found a lone egg next to the broody hen's nest and not thinking anything of it added it to my egg carton. Well, today I cracked open an egg with a fully formed chick inside :( I'm assuming she kicked this one out but so weird that it was placed in another box and not just in the roost. Do you think another hen took it out? Anyway, these chicks should be hatching any day now judging from the stage of that chick. I how the Mama hen just knew it had died or something. I'd hate to think another hen sabotaged her best while she was off stretching her legs.

So what happens if they start hatching over night? Will it freak out the other chickens?
The other chickesns should be fine. The past several years that I had broodies, I just let them do thier thing in the cooop with the rest of the flock. The mamas kept the babies to themselves for a couple of days (except one hen I had - she had them out in the run with her less than 24 hours after hatcing) and then rejoined the flock. The mama is very protective when they're small, so the other hens don't mess with them. They seem to integrate into the flock more easily, too. At least that has been my experience. But again - I also have plenty of room so the chicks can get to a respectful distance if one of the older birds decides she's had enough. I have never had a hen kill a broody's chick, but sometimes they will give a warning peck to let the chick know its place.

If it were my flock, I’d separate the bully until the chicks are at least a week old. When I’ve allowed my broodies to do their thing, they have the chicks in the flock anywhere from 24 hours to a week old. They integrate much easier when Mama has all those protective broody hormones going on. It may be more difficult in your case, though, if your coop is already crowded.
As a New Chicken Chick, I had a Bully Pullet. I decided to put "Pinless Peepers" on her! YES...I added Googlie eyes! Lol It fixed her attitude real quick. She no longer was able to peck what was in front of her. She made my poor Henny Penny's butt bloody. So, I brought her to my dog crate infirmary for a few days until her bloody butt was showing tissue granulation with the help of Gentiviolet while Ms. Bossy got use to her "Pinless Peepers". Now, her pecking habit is done with and everyone is Happy! Plus, no red blood to attrack any pecking or bald spots from Ms. Bossy.
