Wow that chick is not just-hatched, is it... but so FLUFFY and sweet....
 
If I were you wait and see when the rest hatch and move her in a safe broody place. Mine hatched one yesterday and today another is peeped once that one is out I’m going to move her with the babies and she will stay. I always move my broodies after hatch and they stay with no problem. Forgot pictures of the baby
