Broody Hen loosing feathers and weight...chicks now over month old

Golden Laced Wyandotte has the most beautiful feathers in the sun...the black has that shimmer of green...and the golden feathers are so gorgeous. I think she looks like a monarch...I would have named her Papillon if I had known how she was going to look as an adult.
