Broody hen, loss of feathers, fowl pox?

Barnyard mix, broody for months, just noticed the severe underside feather loss, head feather loss floppy comb, black spots, runny nose
It smells like her face is rotting.
Drinks water, soild dropping.
It’s gross

Looks like wear and tear from mating and being pecked from sitting in the nest boxes. The underside is also from sitting in the boxes.
 
Which one? Canker is a protozoan infection spread by pigeons and causes yellow plaques inside the beak and throat, possibly into the crop wall that smells very rotten. Metronidazole is one treatment for canker. Yellow mucus from the nostrils can be a sign of the respiratory disease Coryza. Coryza can be treated with sulfa antibiotics such as sulfadimethoxine. It looks like both, like she has fowl pox on her comb and she SOUNDS wheezy, also she has a canker.
I can get her some medication soon we’re going to start her on some home remideids for now
