Broody hen pooped on eggs. What do I do?

:hitSadly, something got into the coop one night (a couple months ago, I think in June) and killed all but 1 chick (I made a thread about that, and it was resolved).
That one chick is thriving and gorgeous! I'll see if I can get some pics later!
It's a black cochin banty x easter egger, resulting in all black feathering with iridescent blue/purple, and occasional orange/red hackle streaking. It's a roo!

After this incident, we got another broody and hatched some more eggs and got the same crosses! They are all alive (6 or7? lol) and doing well!
