If you can get your husband to snap a picture of the egg while you're candling it, I bet the hatching experts on here will be able to help you more. This is exciting!This hen is still sitting on the eggs and I have looked at them with a flashlight and they don’t look as if they have aged any further since last post but I’m no expert on this but I did try to smell them to see if they smelled rotten and they don’t so are they still alive? This is just crazy....
Hens go broody when you don’t want them to… and won’t go broody when you do.
