Okay so I have a Silkie hen that lays in one spot almost all day except she. She eats and drinks but she does t have any eggs! If I were to put some eggs in with her do you think she would lay on them and hatch them for me?? Also if you pick up a hen from eggs would she go broody again or would she stop if you stop her??

If you give her eggs then yes, chances are good she will hatch them for you.

Breaking a broody is a question that comes up regularly and the long and short of it is there almost are no tried and true methods of permanently breaking a broody. Many people have had success temporarily but the hen goes broody again a short time later. So taking your hen off eggs is unlikely to deter her from wanting to brood.
