Hello all, I am looking for a broody hen. I don't have a particular preference in breed, I just need a broody in general. Small or big size, as long as it is healthy in and out and through the feathers, I'm okay with her. I will love her the same. I have a few hens at home, but unfortunately they are not the broody type and they will be going on there second year of laying already without being broody once at all so I've givin up hope. I thought to make an incubator, but the supplies are out of my budget and I would really like to have a broody instead to balance out with budget right now. It would be a very loving home with free ranging at day and security in the run at night. I am also willing to trade some fertile eggs on top of my current offer. Please let me know what works for you.
