Broody hen with ouchy vent

My Banty hen has been brooding for about two weeks. I put DE in the bottom of her nest to help with pesky bugs but I checked on her today and she has lice. So I dusted her with some DE. I also noticed that her vent appeared to be bleeding or has something bad going on just inside of it. Could this be linked with the lice? What should i do? Any help is appreciated thanks in advance.
