Broody Hen with sneezing

I have a hen that has been sitting on eggs in her own pen. 2 eggs hatched today. But the hen has been sneezing with a discharge for about 3 days now. she's in a clean "Rabbit hutch". I don't know what to do for her and I'm worried about her chicks dying from it

does it smell? and what kind of discharge? is it clogging up her throat where her nose/ beak joins inside the mouth? and is her face swollen? chances are yes it will be contagious and possibly and quite likely deadly to something so young. you will need to ger her antibiotics like a tetravet this kind of thing. she will need it for about 10-14 days
